Summary of Position:
This person is responsible for leading
commercial, industrial and institutional
construction projects from inception through
customer move-in.
Typical Duties:
- Lead project teams including project
engineer, project assistant and other
office staff.

Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in CM, engineering or
architecture with eight or more years of similar
experience with a Bay Area building contractor
with a track record of successful project
completions and high customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational,
communication (both written and spoken) and
leadership skills are essential. Must be able to
both work at a detail level and think
strategically while managing customer
relationships. Solid computer skills in Excel and
MS Word, including the proficient use of the
following software: scheduling (MS Project or Suretrak) and Project management (Prolog) is
vital. Must live in the Bay Area, preferably in
the South Bay or Peninsula.

of Position:
This is a
regular, full-time, exempt position
for recent or pending college graduates leading
to a full-charge construction estimator or
project manager position.
Duties:
As a PE, you will be teamed with an experienced
project manager and perform project engineering
functions on projects assigned to your team.
These activities include: reviewing and
coordinating submittals, preparing and reviewing
RFIs, updating rolling schedules (later creating
the schedule), tracking job budgets, preparing
and analyzing prime and subcontract change
orders, preparing meeting minutes, assisting with
monthly prime contract billings and subcontractor
invoices, and generally assisting the project
manager in other areas as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
B.S. in civil engineering, construction management
or architecture with a commitment to the
construction industry; strong organizational and
