Outplacement Services

 

There are times when even the best companies must downsize their workforce.  Pacific Resource Solutions, Inc. provides a variety of Outplacement Services tailored to individual company and employee needs. 

 

 

Recently published statistics show that businesses that provide outplacement services to laid-off employees lower the instances of public dispute, employee theft and negative feelings.  PRS has a decade of experience in this field and conducts these confidential meetings with discretion and professionalism.  Senior Staff members are available to travel to a location convenient to your company. 

 

 

Outplacement Services are available on a per-diem basis or as a pre-arranged package of services.

  

Services for employees can include:

  • interview coaching

  • resume marketing

  • career consultations – done the day of the initial meeting between PRS and the employee and can be on-going for a period to be determined by the company (typically 90-days after an individual is laid-off). 

During the initial meeting, PRS Senior Staff will determine with each individual an appropriate combination of job-search services and an action plan for proceeding.

 

In addition to career coaching, materials are provided that prove useful in the job-search process: 

  • MEDIA TIPS – recent articles in publications and blogs that comment on relevant business and career trends and provide tips.

  • TOP INDUSTRY-RELATED FIRMS LIST – pertinent to your specific industry.

  • FREE JOB-SEARCH WEBSITES – a listing of various Internet Websites where individuals can search for employment opportunities in four fields:
