Senior Staff
Rose Polidora is President of Pacific Resource Solutions, Inc.
(PRS). She takes pride in the trust she has built with PRS’s
employers and the business partnerships she has maintained during her more
than a decade as a retained corporate recruiter and an independent
contingency recruiter in the Construction and Engineering industries.
Prior to her career in recruiting, Rose was the U.S. Marketing Manager for
a French educational, software publishing firm. She traveled extensively,
managed large corporate accounts nationwide, and hosted booths at industry
trade shows worldwide. She is also an accomplished speaker and presenter.
A California native, Rose grew up near LA, received her BA at U.C. Davis and
now lives with her husband in Northern California.
Marie Butler is a Senior Account Executive. She began recruiting in
1999 and has been with PRS since it incorporated in 2000. Her
prior experience in marketing, sales, and public relations serves her well
in providing recruiting and corporate staffing services.
Marie is a freelance writer who also authors a monthly community
activities column in a local Sonoma County newspaper. At PRS,
she draws on her writing skills in
doing research, assisting employers with their website or ad text, and helping
job seekers compose and revise resumes and cover letters that are clear,
accurate, and professional.
She grew up in San Francisco and now lives with her family in Northern
California.
